These Terms govern your use of Datalia, a content scheduling and AI-assisted post authoring tool. By connecting a social account or publishing through Datalia, you agree to these Terms.
Datalia lets you author original content, generate captions and hashtags with AI assistance, schedule posts, and publish them to social accounts you have explicitly connected (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

You may stop using Datalia and disconnect every platform at any time through the Settings view. We may suspend or terminate access in case of serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
Datalia is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not control the moderation actions taken by connected platforms and are not responsible for any takedown, reach reduction, or other action a platform takes against content published through Datalia.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datalia's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Datalia after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
